In 2019, we had to make a difficult decision to reschedule IncludFEST due to extreme weather conditions. This year, we’ve had to be more creative than ever due to the pandemic – you couldn’t write it could you?! Here’s what we’ve come up with to ensure a safe and accessible festival for the strange year that is 2020…
IncludFEST is our outdoor fully inclusive and accessible arts festival for children and young people together with their families. Thanks to funding from Durham County Council, the festival is free of charge for all who wish to attend. Typically we see around 1000 visitors across the day-long event but this year it wouldn’t be safe to go ahead with our usual format.
Here’s a short video from our Executive Director – Martin Wilson – to tell us more about this year’s festival….
Here is the line-up for this year’s one-hour performance-based event – we promise it will still be something very special and very magical for everyone attending both at home and online!
