TIN Arts Limited is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity.
We are led by a board of 10 trustees with an annually elected chairperson, with responsibility for the overall management and governance of TIN Arts.
To ensure our organisation both fully represents the community we serve and has a strong, diverse mix of expertise and skills, we draw on individuals with the widest possible range of ideas and experiences. Board members’ backgrounds vary greatly and include cultural and private sector experience. Board expertise includes management of large-scale events, dance learning and education, health and social care, fundraising, financial accounting, control and management. We match new trustees to skills gaps identified as part of our annual election of trustees.
